Brad is a Engineer with a passion for Open Source. He has over 19 years of experience in the information technology industry. Contributing back to the Open Source world started way back in in 2003 with publishing articles on how to do various things on Linux and was soon followed by articles about FreeBSD. Leveraging an abundance of free time, he built a small webhosting company on FreeBSD and started working on updating ports and documentation, which led to becoming a FreeBSD committer in 2005. Since then he has touched many different parts of FreeBSD to help the whole system work better together, not limited to just the docs, ports, src trees, but also pkg and poudriere.

He is also very passionate about building Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery systems.

While not working he enjoys spending time with his dog, reading, skiing, mountain biking, traveling the world and watching movies.
